We have had an increase in patients failing to attend their appointments which impact the availability of our services and care for other patients.

Therefore, if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We ask that you let us know with at least 4 hours’ notice. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel in time, you will receive a failure to attend fee of $40.
