Appointments
If you are unable to book online, please phone the surgery on 07 3110 2747 to make an appointment through reception. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred GP and appointment time. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Our practice operates by scheduled appointments, this means we are not a “walk-in practice” however for urgent matters, some appointments are kept for urgent on the day issues. Please phone the practice if you can’t book an on-line appointment and your issue is urgent and we can triage your call through to one of our Practice Nurses.

Home, Hospital and nursing home visits
Home visits may be available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Please note, we are now able to offer both Telehealth and Video Consultations for our patients. Please contact reception to book in for a telehealth consultation to discuss this with your regular GP if you feel as though you require a home visit.
