This practice only offers consultation by appointment. Whilst we frequently have a number of walk in appointments available, this cannot be guaranteed on busy days. Our staff will endeavour to try and accommodate your individual needs.
Our standard appointment is up to 10 minutes. For more than one medical concern, please advise reception to book a long appointment.
Please note: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without giving 24 hours’ notice, a charge will occur at the Manager’s discretion.

This practice is not a bulk-billing practice, however we do bulk bill DVA Gold Card Holders, Aged pensioners, Full-time high school students (ID must be shown) and children 15 years and under.
Concession card holders are bulk-billed after their first visit. Fees are payable at the time of the consultation either by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. AMA fee structure forms the basis of our billing policy and all fees are displayed in the reception area.

Our practice can send your claim on-line to Medicare if your bank account details are registered with Medicare. If you prefer, a receipt can be printed for you to take to your nearest Medicare Office.
